Damage claims
may be filed
immediately upon receipt
of your shipment. Just contact us and we'll start the process.
Lost shipment claims
may be filed within the following windows (from date of shipment):
Domestic U.S. (not including APO/FPO) - minimum 21 days, maximum 45 days
Canada - minimum 30 days, maximum 45 days
Italy - minimum 60 days, maximum 75 days
Rest of the world (including APO/FPO) - minimum 45 days, maximum 60 days
Insurance is
not
available, and will
not

Insurance does

cover theft, loss or damage that occurs
after
the shipping carrier has made delivery.
Once the carrier has confirmed delivery, no lost shipment claims can be accepted. SouthGain will be happy to assist with filing mail theft and/or police reports as appropriate.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete, valid shipping address during checkout. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for all costs associated with replacing and/or reshipping the order. If you pay with PayPal Express, please ensure that the address you have on file with PayPal is correct. If not,
you must correct it with PayPal prior to completing checkout

Delivery confirmation signatures are required for all shipments valued at more than $250.
Sorry, but we cannot substitute products in our lots and kits. Of course, you can always buy individual items
a la carte
and take advantage of our combined shipping discounts to create "custom kits" for your specific needs.
All sales to Kentucky addresses are subject to 6.0% sales tax.
Return Policy:
Buyer must notify SouthGain Enterprises of their intent to return an item within 72 hours of delivery; item must be returned within fourteen days. Returned item must be in original condition. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded.
