• First Class Mail International (FCMI) is typically the lowest-cost shipping option available for buyers outside the U.S., however keep these important points in mind:
• Tracking is not available with FCMI
• There is no guaranteed time in transit for FCMI shipments
• In some cases, FCMI delivery can take 4 weeks or longer
• SouthGain Enterprises is not responsible for shipping delays if buyer chooses to use this low-cost shipping service.
• Your commercial invoice will indicate the actual price paid and an accurate description of the contents.  We will not under-declare the value or falsely list your purchase as a gift or commercial sample; U.S. and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
